Most image processing applications can be quickly and easily solved with pre-configured vision sensors. However, their range of functions does not always stretch to particularly demanding or specific tasks – but SensoPart has the solution once again: the freely-programmable Eyesight vision system offers comprehensive configuration possibilities so that even very complex automation applications can be achieved. Complex applications do not have to be complicated: graphical programming using drag & drop makes it easy to create your own applications.

 Eyesight Software BASIC

With the basic version, SensoPart offers a stand-alone camera system of the highest quality. The user is given numerous, comprehensive functional tools to solve almost every problem in image processing. The basic software package contains all the essential routines for object measurement and position determination.

Typical functions:
  • Calibration/position-offset
  • Calculation of distance/circle/cross-section etc.
  • Edge counter, measurement of gap width
  • Free programmable RS422/RS232 and LAN

 

 Eyesight Software ADVANCED

The advanced version combines the entire basic version with a multitude of useful additional functions. By providing tools for colour evaluation, for improved image preprocessing or for more precise detection, the advanced software version offers a performance scope which leaves nothing to be desired.

A selection of the additional functions:

  • Determination of curvature point
  • Contour check or trace
  • Selection of colour channel or colour evaluation
  • Brightness adjustment
  • Filter functions

 

The Eyesight Smart Camera
With the FA 45 smart camera, we have packed a powerful camera in a casing that will inspire you. It is not just exceptionally compact but is also extremely robust.

Increase your product quality and enhance the productivity of your processes. Replace many individual solutions (e.g. sensors) with a single Smart Camera.
