At Würth Elektronik Group, handling PCBs during production was a challenge. Different product types, intermediate layers, and varying stack heights made the process error-prone and hard to automate reliably. With the integration of our VISOR® Robotic, the process has become much more stable and efficient. The vision sensor identifies the PCBs directly in the small load carrier, detects intermediate layers, counts remaining boards, and makes sure only the correct parts move on to the next step. Great to see our technology in action at Wurth Elektronik, and even better to see the positive impact on daily production!
