Ever wondered what makes SensoPart a great place to work? Maybe our colleagues have the answers you've been seeking! We believe that a company's true strength lies in the people who drive its success, and we're dedicated to introducing you to the individuals behind SensoPart. We've asked our team three key questions about their daily work, motivations, and the unique work atmosphere at SensoPart.
Let's get to know Brian better as he answers these four questions:
How does your normal working day at SensoPart look like?I wouldn’t say I have a typical workday at SensoPart because every day feels like a new adventure. As a sales professional, I often head straight to customer meetings in the morning or travel to the southern part of South Korea, where many automotive companies are located. When I’m at the office, I usually follow up with customers, prepare quotations, coordinate with our headquarters, and plan upcoming visits. In addition, everyone at SensoPart is very close, so we often chat and joke around at the office. I’d say the atmosphere at SensoPart Korea is always cheerful and positive.Complete the sentence: I became Sales Manager because…… I chose to pursue a career in sales because I believe I am good at persuading people, and one of my strengths is the confidence I have in my voice. From a young age, I participated in many presentation competitions and won several awards. Although I am not a very outgoing person, I believed that with my strengths, I could perform excellently in a sales role. Whats 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺?I truly believe that “sharing is caring.” Before I joined SensoPart, I worked at one of SensoPart's distribution partners, and I was very impressed by the strong support from the headquarter. Among all the brands we represented at that time, SensoPart was always the most supportive company. After joining SensoPart, I experienced that same spirit internally. Our engineering and product management teams have been incredibly helpful and supportive, making me feel that I’m never working alone, but always as part of a unified team.
What helps you recharge after a busy week? After a busy week, I usually hang out and have a few drinks with my friends on Saturday, then sleep for about 12 hours on Sunday. Sometimes, when I feel especially stressed, I go swimming or visit a sauna to relax and recharge. Being in the water really helps me calm down and clear my mind.
