How does your normal working day at SensoPart look like?
I start my day by greeting my colleagues, who usually begin a bit earlier. They update me on whether everything is running smoothly. If there are any issues, we decide whether they need to be fixed immediately, later that day, or within the next few days. If everything is in order, I check my emails and the production orders. As SensoPart operates in a very dynamic environment, new developments arise almost daily, such as new or updated setup programs that need to be implemented. Regular maintenance work is also part of the routine. So, I am responsible for the entire SMT process, both technically and organizationally. This makes my working day incredibly varied.

What makes SensoPart special for you? Why do you enjoy working at SensoPart?
By now, I am one of the longest-serving employees at SensoPart and will be retiring in one to two years. It fills me with great joy to see so many young and dedicated colleagues here. This gives me confidence that things will continue to go well in Germany in the coming years – even though, generally speaking, many people tend to paint a negative picture. SensoPart develops and manufactures highly sophisticated, state-of-the-art products. I am proud that my work contributes to ensuring these products are produced and delivered with outstanding quality.
