We have taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that data protection regulations are observed both by us and external service providers.
The following will provide you with information about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data, and how it is processed.
You can contact us at: SensoPart Industriesensorik GmbH Am Wiedenbach 1 79695 Wieden Germany Phone +49 7673 821-0 Fax +49 7673 821-230 Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Personal data is information about your identity. This includes, for example, details such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.
You can generally visit our website without leaving any personal data, e.g. if you just want information about our products and open the respective pages. Every visit to our website and every access or download of a file accessible through the website is automatically recorded. The data is stored for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following is logged: browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (page previously visited), host name of accessing computer (IP address), time of server request. This data is anonymous and is saved separately from any personal data you may have entered. The IP address of the accessing computer is also logged.
However, in certain cases we may require your name and address, as well as other information, so that we can provide the requested services. This personal data is only collected and saved if you provide this information voluntarily, for example in the context of an inquiry, registration, job or supplier application, or a purchase order and its processing.
The personal data you provide is only used to answer your inquiry and to handle service requests (purchase orders and their processing, communication, etc.), (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b) or f) of the GDPR), for the purpose of advertising (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) a) and f) of the GDPR), to provide you with access to certain information or offers, or for the use of information and communication systems and in compliance with legal requirements (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) a) and f) of the GDPR).
We will only collect, process and use the personal data you have provided online for the stipulated purposes. Your personal data is only transmitted or passed on to a third party if this is necessary for the purpose of implementing the activities listed here, e.g. use of service providers by SensoPart GmbH (e.g. for the transport of ordered goods) or if you have given you prior consent. These third parties may not use the data for any other purpose. Recipients can, with your consent, also be SensoPart’s sales partners or subsidiaries, in order to be able to advise you or send you a quote. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) a) of the GDPR.
We naturally respect your wishes if you object to the use of your personal information for the purpose of our customer relationship (especially for direct marketing or market research). We will only disclose the personal data of clients or suppliers if we are legally obliged to do so (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) c) of the GDPR), or are compelled to do so by a judicial decision, or if the transfer of such data is necessary to enforce or protect our general terms and conditions or other agreements (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR). This also applies to the processing of data. Data is not disclosed for commercial goals.
Our employees and the service providers appointed by us are bound by a duty of confidentiality and are under an obligation to observe the provisions of the current data protection laws. Access to personal data is restricted to those employees that require the respective data for their occupational tasks.

We collaborate with Aumago GmbH ("Aumago"), Berlin, a target group marketer. Aumago uses so-called cookies, a text file that is stored in the browser of the computer and collects anonymous usage data in the form of Cookie IDs and advertising IDs. Furthermore, so-called web beacons (invisible graphics) may also be used. If IP addresses are collected, they are anonymised before storage through deletion of the last number block.
On the basis of this anonymous analysis of the user's surfing behaviour, (e.g. website viste, categories and product pages visited, content read) Aumago presumes the user has an interest in a specific B2B sector or topics, and uses this information on behalf of SensoPart to fine tune targeted user-based online advertising. For this purpose, cookies may be synchronised with other technology platforms through so-called cookie matching. The cookies are either Aumago cookies or cookies from service providers that Aumago uses, such as The ADEX GmbH or the B2B media group EMEA GmbH.

This sets an opt-out cookie. The opt-out cookie requires that the browser settings do not delete or prevent the storage of cookies. After deleting the opt-out cookie, the user needs to repeat the objection. Alternatively, the user can delete the cookies directly in the browser, set the browser settings to "do not track" right from the start or manage cookie preferences here. If you would like to receive information about the information stored in your cookie, please send your cookie ID to us or Aumago GmbH Savignyplatz 9/10, 10623 Berlin or to email@example.com.
You are entitled, in particular, to demand information about the purpose of data processing, the category of personal data, the category of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned duration of storage, the existence of a right to rectification or deletion of personal data concerning you, a right to limitation of processing or a right to object to such processing, the existence of a right of complaint to a supervisory authority, information on the origin of your data if the personal data was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where appropriate, the right to request meaningful information on its details.
Should the data we hold be incorrect, you may naturally request that it is corrected.
You may also request that your data is deleted, provided that its processing is not necessary to exercise freedom of expression and information, for the performance of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. We will comply with this deletion request promptly but must of course observe any valid statutory data retention obligations.
You also have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR.
If you have given your consent to use of data, you may revoke this authorisation with future effect at any time.
You have the right to data portability. On request we will provide you with your data in a machine-readable format.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) 1 f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR if there are reasons for doing so which arise from your particular situation or your objection concerns direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of revocation that we will implement without the need for justification of a particular situation.
Please address all enquiries, requests for information, requests for deletion etc. or your opposition to data processing methods to our Data Protection Officer at the address listed below.
If you do not agree with our data processing methods, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
The respective supervisory authority responsible for data protection is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg Postfach 10 29 32 70025 Stuttgart Germany
However, we would be grateful if you would contact us first so that we can clarify any possible ambiguities or uncertainties together.
We employ the latest technical measures to guarantee data security, particularly to protect your personal data during data transmission and to prevent the risk of disclosure to third parties. Our security measures are constantly improved to comply with state-of-the-art technology.
The personal data relating to you is deleted if you revoke your consent, if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or if its collection is unlawful for other legal reasons, unless statutory retention obligations prevent its deletion, in which case the data is blocked instead of deleted.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, is not carried out.
