Checking the correct position of a connector

During the assembly and production of electronic parts, connectors must be attached to printed circuit boards, and wires or cables are inserted in the connectors.  The aim of the application is to check whether a connector has been fully inserted into the socket.

During final product control, it is to be checked that the products have a uniform appearance. The aim of the application is to guarantee the correct position of adhesive labels on packaging so that the products appear identical on the sales shelf.

배터리 팩 조립에 필요한 수량의 나사가 벙커 피드 시스템에 저장되고, 나사 조립 시스템으로 공급됩니다. 원활한 생산을 위해 센서가 잘못 정렬된 나사를 검출하고 올바른 위치에 있는 나사만 나사 시스템에 공급하는 것이 중요합니다.

외부 전기 연결부 및 냉각수 라인 보호를 위해 보호 캡을 반드시 설치 해야 합니다. 고전압 연결부에 우발적인 접촉사고나  손상 및 오염을 방지하기 위해서 보호 캡 여부 검사는 꼭 필요합니다.

배터리 팩에는 안전 스티커와 식별 스티커가 수동으로 부착됩니다. 라벨의 위치가 잘못되거나 부정확할 경우 배터리 팩이 잘못 해석되거나 잘못 사용될 수 있으므로 라벨 확인이 필요합니다.

배선의 자동화,수동화에 관계없이 모든 커넥터 래치 확인은 필수입니다. 래치를 안전하게 잠그지 않으면 후속 결함이 발생할 수 있으며 특수 설계된 배터리팩의 특성상 수정이 불가합니다.

자동차 생산에서 계기판의 스위치는 차량 모델에 따라 다양합니다. 비전센서는 올바른 스위치가 올바른 차량에 설치되었는지 확인해야 합니다.

자동차 생산을 위한 자동화 공정에서 올바른 연료 호스와 클램프가 설치되었는지 확인하는 것은 중요합니다. 비전 센서를 사용하여 구성 요소를 확인해야합니다.

윤활유를 도포할 때 높은 정밀도가 가장 중요합니다. 하지만 가끔씩 약간의 불균일성이 발생하여 생산 공정의 품질을 떨어뜨릴 수 있습니다. 따라서 조기에 잠재적 오류를 감지하는 것이 중요합니다.

배터리 팩 내부에는 고정 클립으로 고정해야 하는 와이어링 하네스가 있습니다. 클램프를 올바르게 체결하지 않으면 이후 주행 작업 중 케이블이 손상되거나 덜컹거리는 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다.
