The parties agree that other information published on the internet or printed material prior to the revocation cannot be removed or withdrawn due to the limited possibilities.
Amendments and additions to this agreement must be made in writing to be effective.
The invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In this case, the parties shall agree on a new, legally valid provision that comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in a legally permissible manner.
