When filling glass bottles or labelling bottles, it is essential to be sure that the bottle is present under the tool in the machine.
The problem with glass bottles is that optical red light sensors do not always switch reliably with high transmittance materials.
The photoelectric proximity sensor FT 55-BH with BlueLight technology can reliably detect bottles. The sensor is directed at the neck of the bottle, determining its presence.
Use of a sensor with BlueLight technology ensures that transparent objects are also reliably detected.
