Personal data is information about your identity. This includes, for example, details such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.

You can generally visit our website without leaving any personal data, e.g. if you just want information about our products and open the respective pages. Every visit to our website and every access or download of a file accessible through the website is automatically recorded. The data is stored for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following is logged: browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (page previously visited), host name of accessing computer (IP address), time of server request. This data is anonymous and is saved separately from any personal data you may have entered. The IP address of the accessing computer is also logged.

However, in certain cases we may require your name and address, as well as other information, so that we can provide the requested services. This personal data is only collected and saved if you provide this information voluntarily, for example in the context of an inquiry, registration, job or supplier application, or a purchase order and its processing.

The personal data you provide is only used to answer your inquiry and to handle service requests (purchase orders and their processing, communication, etc.),  (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b) or f) of the GDPR), for the purpose of advertising (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) a) and f) of the GDPR), to provide you with access to certain information or offers, or for the use of information and communication systems and in compliance with legal requirements (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) a) and f) of the GDPR).

We will only collect, process and use the personal data you have provided online for the stipulated purposes. Your personal data is only transmitted or passed on to a third party if this is necessary for the purpose of implementing the activities listed here, e.g. use of service providers by SensoPart GmbH (e.g. for the transport of ordered goods) or if you have given you prior consent. These third parties may not use the data for any other purpose.
Recipients can, with your consent, also be SensoPart’s sales partners or subsidiaries, in order to be able to advise you or send you a quote.  The legal basis is Article 6 (1) a) of the GDPR.

We naturally respect your wishes if you object to the use of your personal information for the purpose of our customer relationship (especially for direct marketing or market research).  We will only disclose the personal data of clients or suppliers if we are legally obliged to do so (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) c) of the GDPR), or are compelled to do so by a judicial decision, or if the transfer of such data is necessary to enforce or protect our general terms and conditions or other agreements (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR). This also applies to the processing of data. Data is not disclosed for commercial goals.

Our employees and the service providers appointed by us are bound by a duty of confidentiality and are under an obligation to observe the provisions of the current data protection laws. Access to personal data is restricted to those employees that require the respective data for their occupational tasks.
