With the intuitive user interface in SensoTune, you can configure and optimize your DTECT® sensors conveniently via USB. Thanks to sliders, live diagnostics, and real-time diagrams, you have full control over signal quality and switching cycles – essentially providing tuning for your process reliability.
Optical sensors that are compatible with IO-Link take you one step closer to a smart factory. They enable bidirectional communication, error-free data transmission and central storage of settings. When a device is replaced, the system automatically loads the parameters into the new sensor, which reduces downtime to an absolute minimum. And what's more: you are free to use IO-Link, but you don't have to. All of our IO-Link sensors can also be operated as conventional I/O sensors.
