All SensoPart products are subject to strict quality controls and extensive testing before they leave the factory.
However, things may not always go to plan during integration. Our qualified service team is on standby in such cases to help you find a solution - product errors are of course covered by our warranty. At SensoPart, there is no such thing as impossible!

Application support

The devil is so often in the detail! Finding the optimum sensor configuration, the best optics and lighting or the right distance to the process is often a science of its own. This is why it is essential that you can rely on SensoPart's know-how and experience.
Our application specialists will happily assist and advise you (or your integration service provider). And should this not be possible over the phone, we will come to you.
