Monitoring the correct application of lubricant

The challenge:

High precision is of utmost importance during the application of lubricant. However slight irregularities may occasionally occur, which can compromise the production process. It is therefore important to detect potential errors at an early stage.

Our solution:

Process values are displayed in the SensoWeb software on a panel PC from SensoPart’s accessories range, which is fitted directly to the operating station. The software shows current statistics, histograms and parameters. In the event of process deviations, the need for suitable countermeasures can be promptly identified, e.g. a tool change or machine adjustments.
