Seamlessly integrated with the Stäubli TX2-200 six-axis machine, our VISOR® provides an effortless and user-friendly solution, simplifying various tasks: 🎯 First VISOR® task: Check for the presence of batteries on the shelf. 🎯 Second VISOR® task: Accurately measure the AGV once it returns to its position. 🎯 Third VISOR® task: Check for the presence of the cover on the batteries. 🎯 Fourth VISOR® task: If the cover is present, initiate a tool change to move it into the cell. 🎯 Fifth VISOR® task: Perform a comprehensive check to determine the number of batteries present. The camera precisely assesses each individual storage to identify batteries. 🎯 Sixth VISOR® task: When a battery is detected in a storage, the camera provides the robot with the exact position in robot coordinates to pick up the battery. 🎯 Seventh VISOR® task: Finally, the camera supplies the robot with the exact position in robot coordinates to carefully place the battery back on the shelf.
