Application example
A robot is tasked with picking components from a flexible feeding platform. The position of the objects may vary. A vision sensor can identify and relay the exact position of the part to the robot.
For simplified setup, the positions of the parts are displayed in the image.
The VISOR® Robotic vision sensor precisely determines the position of components and transmits them to the controller in the robot's coordinates. The "Individual Overlays" feature allows for displaying the number of identified parts and their exact positions. Additionally, the position is displayed on each detected part in real time.
